There's a Falcon keeping an eagle-eye on your card
You'll be alerted if we notice suspicious spending
It's credit card fraud that often makes the news. But debit cards are just as vulnerable, as scammers search for ways to obtain your financial information and drain your accounts. In response, Excite Credit Union has enlisted Falcon Fraud Manager to review card transactions for unusual or suspicious activity. If Falcon sees these kinds of transactions, your card use might be blocked until Falcon contacts you to confirm your card use.
Debit card blocked?
If your card is blocked for unusual activity and you miss the Falcon monitoring service’s call, use one of these of numbers to verify recent transactions and unblock your card.

Card lost or stolen?
If your card goes missing, call one of these numbers to cancel it right away:
