Debit Card Activation and PIN Change: Call from your primary phone to activate your Alliance EMV Chip Debit Card or change your PIN anytime by calling 866-762-0558

Traveling soon? Make sure to let us know so we can take the proper security precautions to safeguard your ATM/Debit Card while you travel. With the recent spate of fraud activity, you need to take every precaution and let us help prevent unauthorized activity on your accounts. Please send us a secure message through your Online Banking account or fax us at 408.979.2483.

Card members who will be traveling
Last 4 digits of each Alliance ATM/Debit card you plan to use on your trip
Primary travel locations – cities, states and/or countries
Travel start and end dates

Debit card blocked?

Falcon is our ATM/Debit card monitoring service that reviews card transactions for unusual or suspicious activity. If Falcon sees out-of the-ordinary transactions, your card could be blocked. And Falcon will call you. If you miss the call and your card is blocked, call to verify recent transactions and unblock your card:
